朋友
I was on facebook and I saw two very nice videos posted.. watching them makes me miss my old sch and friends so much! They are so touching! Go my facebook profile to take a look! especially old dunmanians!
The song 朋友 struck me today.. such an old song yet it's always so meaningful and touching when we sing it. This is the same song we always sang even when we were in different stages of life. It is such a popular song that everyone knows how to sing! I miss my old friends suddenly..thinking of the good old times we spent together in school but now we hardly meet up. It's a shame how some of my close friends no longer talk or hang out with me that often now.
Time can really distance a friend away.. but I am thankful they were part of my little life. Now and then, I remind myself friends are as important and to try meet up with them as often. I told myself to cherish the friendships I have..just like how I hope they would cherish mine.
朋友一生一起走那些日子不再有 一句話一輩子一生情一杯酒Oh the second video is more on their wedding! It makes me even more excited about Kh's ROM this saturday! So sweet.. =) It's always such a joy to see people getting married. I think I may even cry this Saturday because I will be so touched.
Mixed emotions..superb touched .. happy.. very excited but a tad sad when I thought of the good old times we once have together!
Full team for work this week.. except my partner and mentor going be on halfday course this Friday. Need to cover again.. sigh. Sometimes it is a dilemma whether you should ask your colleagues whether they need help, when you don't have much work to clear. They might think you don't have enough to do. Not everyone will take the initiative to offer help too.. so when you are really busy, those that you have helped may not be there to extend their assistance. That's how people can be and how the world works. I think the only one that is always offering help is my mentor.. and somehow I picked up this virtue from her. Come to think of it.. it seems that I am always asking people whether they need help after I finished mine.. it's either I am too efficient or I don't have much to do. My conclusion is everyone don't have that much work to do but they know how to take their time to complete while I am always rushing to finish mine asap. I should learn to do mine SLOWLY.. so that people would not think I am too free.
Anyway two of my colleagues going on block in Oct soon..I should enjoy the free time I have now.

When you face colleagues at work.. you will realise how important friends are.

I like reading my bro's blog. It teaches me not to bear grudges, find inner peace and smile everyday. I think the theme for his blog should be Smile =) because it has so many photos of smiling faces. No wonder he can have such a good temper.. how I wish I have half of his good-natured personality. Jealous.. why is he always such a good natured guy hahaha.
